If you’re planning to do some back-to-school shopping, you might want to make plans to buy some items during Florida’s tax-free days. in 2013, Florida suspends sales taxes August 2-4 to coincide with back-to-school shopping. The exemption applies to clothing and shoes that cost $75 or less, school supply items at $15 or less or personal computers and accessories selling for $750 or less.
