Enjoy a gentle all-levels yoga class followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath meditation as the moon begins to rise. Doors will open at 6pm so that you can experience the Garden in the peacefully quiet after hours while experiencing the flower aromas coming to life. Our resident yoga teacher, Franci, will guide a restoring and centering candle lit yoga class with modifications for all postures in order to accommodate all levels of practice. You will have the perfect setting to let go of what is no longer serving you and be bathed in the moonlight.
We will practice on the main lawn by the Ylang Ylang tree. If raining, we will move under the awning in front of the large ballroom. Practice is from 6:30-7:45 and will be finishing with a 30 minute Sound Bath Journey Savasana Meditation. Listening to a harmonic set of crystal sound bowls and instruments allows for a deeper sense of joy and wellness because their soundwaves are so soothing on the body.
There are a few mats available if needed. Please bring yoga blocks if you’d like a more restorative experience. We will have incense and bug repellants, but if you are very sensitive to insects please bring additional protection. (Deet-free bug spray is available at the Garden gift shop.)
