The Rusty Pelican opened 39 years ago, and before closing for several months of renovation, it’s celebrating with a prix-fixe menu offering a choice of soup or salad and an entrée for $19.72, exclusive of tax and gratuity. The new $37 prix-fixe tasting menu is offered 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
