The AMC series Man Men may be on summer vacation, but Man Men Mondays is back at the Mayfair Hotel Lobby Bar, 3000 Florida Ave., in Coconut Grove.
The bar is going back to the early ’60s to celebate with drink and dinner deals.
Mad Men-era drinks such as the martini, Manhattan, Rob Roy, old-fashioned, Tom Collins, Harvey Wallbanger, Bloody Mary (just like the one Sally Draper serves mom and dad), plus beer and wine, are $3.50 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays.
Music is ’60s originals and modern takes on ’60s classics, with clips and episodes of Man Men on the big screen.

It’s Cinco de Mayo time all over Miami-Dade on Wednesday, May 5. Here are some more deals:
On the Border Mexican Grill in Kendall is adding entertainment to its already bargain-price weekday drink specials, $2 drafts and $2 margaritas all day Sunday through Thursday. The Aztec goddess of Cinco and her tribe of Dancers and Drummers will be there Wednesday night.
The Raleigh Hotel at 16th and Collins on Miami Beach is offering $7 shots and $7 margaritas, plus $7 small bites and $7 parking, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Oasis. Oh, and mariachi music, too.
That’s in addition to parties and specials in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and at Ruby Tuesday’s and Salsa Fiesta.

Maybe Coral Gables isn’t the first place that comes to mind when you think of Cinco de Mayo, but several restaurants in that city are planning celebrations on Wednesday, May 5:
- Talavera, 2299 Ponce de Leon Blvd., will have mariachiss playing Mexican music at 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. Mexican food and margaritas.
- Chilorio’s Very Mexican, 130 Miracle Mile, will have 2-for-1 beers and free nachos with a $20 purchase.
- Sushi Maki, 2334 Ponce de León Blvd., is celebrating Sushi de Mayo with an Asian spin. Special menu items for $5 each.
- Patagonia, 244 Miracle Mile, is providing two free Quilmes beers with the parrillada for two.
