The Miami Dolphins are hosting two free events this week to celebrate the NFL Draft and the debut of the team’s new logo and uniforms. Even the parking is free.
The 2013 draft party will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 25, at Sun Life Stadium, where current and former Dolphins players will join the public to see the new logo and uniforms. Bob Griese, Dan Marino and Jason Taylor all will model the uniforms of their time, before the current players show off the new uniforms. Fans can watch a live broadcast of the NFL draft.
The Fin Fest event is for the entire family. Fans will have the opportunity to get player autographs, watch cheerleader auditions, play on the field, shop at the team garage sale and see memorabilia displays – plus buy tickets for next season.
Sea World Orlando will be at the event with its “Epic Voyage” campaign, a sneak peek of the new attraction, Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin.
Health care professionals also do free skin cancer screenings at both the draft party and Fin Fest as part of the Melanoma Exposed project.
Both events are at Sun Life Stadium, 347 Don Shula Drive, Miami Gardens, FL 33056.
