The classic Pulitzer-Prize winning Thornton Wilder play Our Town gets a Hispanic twist, as it is presented in Spanish as Nuestro Pueblo by the Actors Arena troupe at Miami-Dade North for the next two weekends.
Performances are Fridays, July 25 and Aug. 1, and Saturdays, July 26 and Aug. 2, at 8 p.m. and Sundays, July 27 and Aug. 3, at 5 p.m.
The play, directed by Max Ferra, is a three-act play set in a fictional town in New Hampshire and tells the story of the relationship of Grove’s Corners neighbors George Gibbs and Emily Webb, whose childhood friendship blossoms into romance and eventually marriage.
