Free workshops for kids at Lowe’s

lowes-chupacabraLowe’s offers free Build & Grow kids’ workshops at its stores around the country, with many workshops on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month.

During the Build and Grow Clinics,  kids use age-appropriate tools, glue and other craft supplies. Participants receive a free apron, goggles, a project-themed patch and certificate of merit if they finish the craft. Lowe’s is one of a number of stores that offer free, hands-on craft workshops for kids.

The popular workshops fill early, and it’s important to register early. To sign up, select a clinic, enter your zip code and select a store.

Here’s the upcoming schedule:

  • Saturday, Sept. 14, at 10 a.m.: Build a fire truck.
