The event is 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. October 28 at Shops at Pembroke Gardens at the Fountain Plaza. Entry and parking are free.
It's a family costume contest with pets included. Register online to participate. Vendors are featured at the event. It's fun and free to watch or participate.
The plaza is at 527 SW 145th Terrace, Pembroke Pines 33027.
