October means it’s time for ‘Boca Boo Days’

The folks in Boca Raton take October seriously! Here's a sample list of some of the planned activities and fall events you'll want to check out.

Boca Boo Days!

Events include a bunch of seasonal activities for kids of all ages, at various venues, including libraries and parks, etc. Click on the links below for more information and details. We've listed the ones that are free and cheap, up to $10. Many require registration; they are listed by date.


Thursday, Oct. 16, at 2 p.m.: Frightening Florida, for ages 17-up


Saturday-Sunday, Oct. 18 + Oct. 19: Haunted Mansion Escape Room, at 2-hour time slots, for ages 9-17


Sunday, Oct. 19, at 11 a.m.: Little Boos Bash, for toddlers to pre-K:


Halloween programs at Gumbo Limbo Nature Center


Sunday, Oct. 26, at noon: Monster Mash, for families
