Free Arts & Wellness Community Fair, Lake Worth, May 30

Movement and creativity are a great recipe to help boost a healthy body and mind. Here's an event that may facilitate both in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month.

Arts & Wellness Community Fair

  • When: Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Where: Cultural Council for Palm Beach, 601 Lake Ave., Lake Worth Beach
  • Cost: Free with RSVP. Everyone is welcome.
  • Features: Family-friendly event with interactive arts and wellness programming, live music, wellness vendors, and free healthcare screenings.

Agenda:

  • Intro to Capoeira: Afro-Brazilian Martial Art led by Mayling Marquez from 10 to 11 a.m.
  • “What Makes Us Smile” collage activity, led by Arts For Smiles Inc., from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Hula Hoop Bonanza led by Abbigail Arevalo, from noon to 1 p.m.

There will also be wellness vendors, a live musical performance, and free healthcare screenings provided by Care Access.

The event is presented in partnership with Support Not Stigma and reflects the Cultural Council’s continued commitment to community engagement and accessible arts programming throughout Palm Beach County.
