If your family likes to dress up for Halloween fun,  plenty of parks, shopping plazas and festivals offer opportunities for kids to Trick or Treat. 

Some events with trick-or-treating in greater Palm Beach are free. Fees apply for a few events.

Trick or Treating in greater Palm Beach

 

Spookyville at  South Florida Fair, $10

Spookyville is described as offering old-fashioned Halloween fun and Trick or Treating for kids 10 and younger. It’s October 21-23 and October 29-31, with an entry fee of $10. Entry Is free for ages 2 and younger. The attraction is at  Yesteryear Village at South Florida Fair, 9067 Southern Boulevard, West Palm 33411. Parking is free. Mall at Wellington Green

Trick or Treating 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. October 31 at participating stores. Wellington Green mall, 10300 Forest Hill Boulevard, Wellington 33414

Palm Beach Gardens

Fall Festival is 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. October 22 at Gardens North County District Park, 5101 117th Court N., Palm Beach Gardens 33418. The event includes activities, entertainment and food vendors. Trick or treating is offered. Wear costumes.

Jupiter, free

Halloween Spooktacular  is 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. October 28, with trick-or-treating, pumpkin decorating and other fun. 

Entry is free. Food trucks are on site. Bring a bag for treats.

Jupiter Community Center is at 200 Military Trail.

West Palm Beach, free entry

A Halloween version of Clematis by Night is a free event 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. October 27 on The Great Lawn, 100 N. Clematis Street, West Palm Beach. The event includes “Trick or Truck” trick-or-treating, hayrides and face painting. Festivities include a costume contest.  Information is on the West Palm Beach website.

Delray GreenMarket, free

Delray GreenMarket  9 a.m. to 1 p.m. October 29  is featuring a pumpkin display for photo ops, a free pumpkin painting art project, and professional pumpkin decorating demonstrations. Kids are welcome to Trick-or-Treat among participating vendors. The event is at Old School Square Park on Swinton Avenue and Atlantic Avenue. Information is online

Delray, free

Trick or Treating is offered 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. October 29  with participating shops on Atlantic Avenue in the downtown district.

Other fun  includes parade is 1 p.m. Atlantic Avenue and Northeast Fifth Avenue to Old School Square, 51 N. Swinton Ave., Delray Beach 33444.

Kidsfest is 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. October 29 with vendors, art projects and entertainment at Old School Square, 51 N. Swinton Ave., Delray Beach 33444.
