Hollyweird for adults
A vibrant Halloween event for grownups is Hollyweird. The block party is on Hollywood Boulevard at 19th and 20th Avenues in downtown Hollywood.
The event is 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Saturday, October 26, and entry is free. With enticing prizes, lots of participants dress up in elaborate outfits. Street parking is $1.50 an hour. Parking in garages for events is $10.

Boo Bash
Boo Bash for children and families is 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, October 25, with free entry. At 8 p.m. is a free outdoor movie.
The event includes a costume fashion show at 7 p.m. and food for purchase.
ArtsPark is on Hollywood Boulevard and Federal Highway. Street parking is $1.50 an hour. Regular fees for garages are $1 an hour.
Trick or Treat at Hammerstein House in Hollywood
Trick or treating is offered 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday October 31 at the historical house, 1520 Polk St., Hollywood,
Entry is free. The event is presented by Historical Society of Hollywood.
