Cheap movies for kids this summer in South Florida

If you're looking for things to do with your kids in South Florida this summer, consider taking them to a movie. It's a way to beat the heat, and a number of theaters are offering cheap kids' movies.

AMC Theatres

Summer Movie Camp 2024: Monday, June 24 through Wednesday, Aug. 14. Tickets are $3 + tax on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Coral Gables Art Cinema

The Coral Gables Art Cinema, at 260 Aragon Ave., shows a family-friendly movies the second Saturday and Sunday of every month as part of Family Days on Aragon, a culturally rich, inexpensive family fun day featuring classics and new favorites for all to enjoy.

Cinemark Summer Movie Clubhouse

The Summer Movie Clubhouse for 2024, runs on select days from Monday, June 10, to Thursday, Aug. 15, 2024.
 
Also, they have added two more movies for a total of 10 weeks, and the ticket price is only $1.75.

  • Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from June 11, through Aug. 1, 2024, at 10 a.m.

Screen on the Green in West Palm Beach

Family-friendly flicks are shown at Friday nights during Screen on the Green at the West Palm Beach Waterfront, 100 N. Clematis St., West Palm Beach. Time is usually 7 to 9 p.m.

  • Barbie (PG-13) June 14, 2024, at 6:30 p.m.
  • Trolls Band Together (PG) July 12, 2024, at 6:30 p.m.
  • Elemental (PG) Aug. 9, 2024, at 6:30 p.m.

ArtsPark Movie Night in Hollywood

Free family-friendly films are shown most Friday nights at ArtsPark in downtown Hollywood, on Hollywood Boulevard and Federal Highway, Hollywood 33020. ArtsPark Movie Night showings are usually at 8 p.m.
