Fans of all ages are invited to have fun at this year's Mandel Fan Fest, a celebration of “All Things Fandom.” This PG-13 mega event is for all ages, including adults.

Where: Mandel Public Library, 411 Clematis St., West Palm Beach.

Whether you’re a comic book enthusiast, an anime devotee, a role-playing game fanatic, or any other type of fan, this is the place for you. It's like a one-day mini convention. Cosplay is welcome, and a selfie station will be available to capture your best look.

Cosplay guidlines

At Mandel Fan Fest, cosplay is very much encouraged! Due to this being a mini convention in a public library shared with others, there are a few guidelines that must be followed without exception:

This convention is PG-13 to keep things accessible for as many people as possible. Please keep this in mind when choosing a cosplay.
You may be asked to leave if your cosplay does not fall within these guidelines to the discretion of library staff.
Do not bring weapons of any kind, even if they are obviously fake or made from foam, wood, or plastic.
