All U.S. national parks offer free entry on certain holidays every year – and we’ve got the schedule for 2022.
This offer includes entry at Everglades National Park and Dry Tortugas National Park, off Key West.

Schedule for 2022
These are the fee-free days at U.S. National Parks for this year:
- Jan. 17: Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.
- April 16: First day of National Park Week
- Aug. 4: Anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act
- Sept. 24: National Public Lands Day
- Nov. 11: Veterans Day
The National Park Service also reminds us that admission to many of our national parks, including Biscayne National Park in Miami, is always free. Click here for more information.
