Where to celebrate Hispanic Heritage in Palm Beach County
Hispanic Heritage was originally celebrated only on Sept. 15 each year, but it has evolved into a series of monthlong celebrations honoring the contributions of Hispanic and Latinx cultures that reflect the growing American diversity.
Each community and venue not only gets to choose how they celebrate these diverse cultures through food, music, art and dance, but they also help solidify connections to each other. Here is a list of some free and cheap events we found, arranged by date.
Hispanic Heritage Concert Series
Friday, Sept. 4: 5-9 p.m. & Sept. 18: 7-9 p.m.
Hispanic Heritage reception at The Historical Society
Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The event begins with a catered reception, followed by a panel discussion with artists whose works highlight the connection between Latinx traditions and cultures. The evening will conclude with a live flamenco performance.
Location: Richard & Pat Johnson Palm Beach County History Museum, on the 3rd floor of the 1916 Historic Courtroom, 300 N. Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach.

Hispanic Heritage Night, Wellington
When: Friday, Sept. 18, 2026, from 5 to 10 p.m.
Join this celebration of cultural diversity and the traditions of Latin American countries with food, music, dance and fun for all ages. Free admission.
Location: Wellington Amphitheater, 12100 Forest Hill Blvd.
Hispanic Heritage Festival with Busch Wildlife
- When: Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m.
- Where: Village complex on the ball fields, 226 Cypress Lane, Palm Springs
