Free PAMM Thursdays on the patio

Aside from being a world-class museum on the water and Miami’s beacon of culture, Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) also has an amazing open-air patio. 

There, you can sit and watch the cruise ships and the spectacular bay view. The patio is also the site of the free Thursdays at PAMM, a weekly cultural happening from 5 to 10 p.m. featuring musicians and themed cultural events. The events are free with RSVP.

Before the main event, visitors can tour the galleries, hear live DJs on the terrace, browse tables by community organizations, and enjoy happy hour drinks and specials at Verde.

Here’s the upcoming schedule:

Sept. 14:

PAMMTV Launch Party.

The museum will celebrate the launch of its new video art gallery — PAMMTV. The launch party will include live music, activations by O, Miami, and aquatic screenings on Ballyhoo Media’s 60-foot floating screen. The screenings will focus on international video art from Pérez Art Museum Miami’s collection, plus selections from Third Horizon Film Festival, and South Florida filmmakers.

Happy hour and a DJ set starts at 5 p.m., with screenings from 7 to 8 p.m. and the after-party and closing DJ set by Suzi Analogue until 10 p.m.
