WMODA in Dania offers free entry day with family-friendly fun

Dazzling decorative glass and pottery pieces from local and international artists are on display at WMODA in Dania.

Occasionally WMODA offers free entry days, including May 14 for festivities in partnership with another arts venue in Dania,  hosting an open house event. 

WMODA — officially Wiener Museum of Decorative Arts —  is inside Gallery of Amazing Things,  481 S. Federal Highway, Dania Beach  33004

WMODA exhibits include work by Dale Chihuly & Lalique. Other displays feature British and European pottery and porcelain, including Wedgwood, Royal Doulton and Lladró. 

Other work on exhibit and in the shop is from talented South Florida artists. Regular fees for WMODA are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors, $5 for students, kids & military, free for kids 5 and younger. Information about WMODA is online or 954-376-6690. WMODA offers a virtual tour.

Gasper Arts

Gasper Arts is offering an open house 12 p.m. – 7 p.m. May 14, 250 S. Federal Highway, Dania Beach 33304. The venue includes  artist studios, workspaces & art events.
