Free Family Fun Day

HistoryMiami museum hosts a free Family Fun Day the second Saturday of every month, with free admission for all. The free admission is all day, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with activities taking place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Registration is required to participate. You can register online.

The theme rotates monthly, usually around either current exhibitions or perhaps a national celebration.

July 13: Red, White and Blue

In honor of Independence Day and our country's independence from Britain by taking an interactive tour of the permanent exhibition Tropical Dreams A People’s History of South Florida.

Aug. 10: Back to School

Learn about our city's history and culture and enjoy one last hurrah before returning to school with fun hands-on programming throughout the day.
