HistoryMiami museum hosts a free Family Fun Day the second Saturday of every month, with free admission for all. The free admission is all day, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with activities taking place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Registration is required to participate. You can register online.
The theme rotates monthly, usually around either current exhibitions or perhaps a national celebration.
2026 Family Fun Dates scheduled so far are on Jan. 10, Feb. 14, March 14 and April 11.

No set theme for January 2026 just a chance to enjoy free admission and interactive experiences and hands-on craft activities around the current exhibitions and highlight tours of the museum's permanent exhibition Tropical Dreams: A People’s History of South Florida.
