Kite Festival in Miramar

For a delightful outdoor family excursion, a kite festival in South Florida is ideal. Especially when it's free.

It's dubbed “World's Greatest Kite Festival.”  The event in 2024 is rescheduled for 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. Sunday, March 24 at Miramar Regional Park.

The kite festival includes live entertainment, food trucks, kite demonstrations, kite giveaways, and kite building.

Miramar Regional Park is at 16801 Miramar Parkway. Parking is free.  Register online.
