Free Black Heritage Festival

The annual Black Heritage Festival sponsored by Miami-Dade Commissioner Barbara J. Jordan and Miami Gardens Mayor Oliver Gilbert will be from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex in Miami Gardens. Admission is free.
The event will include food, entertainment, vendors and a chance to learn about the Black cultures of Miami-Dade.
