AMC Best Picture Showcase

The 92nd Academy Awards, better known as The Oscars, will be shown on TV on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020. Did you miss a few movies nominated for Best Pictures?

Don't sweat it. AMC Theatres and Regal Cinemas are luring audiences interested in watching all the Best Picture nominated movies with special packages that won't break your budget.

The nine movies nominated for 2020 Best Picture are: Little Women, 1917, Ford v Ferrari, Joker, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Parasite, The Irishman and Jojo Rabbit. Seven movies are included in the packages. Marriage Story is not included but you can see it on Netflix.

AMC Theatres is hosting the Best Picture Showcase on Feb. 8 at several locations beginning at 11 a.m.

Pricing for each showcase varies by day and location, and have not yet been posted. Last year, tickets were $20 per day. AMC Stubs Premiere members earn $5 in Bonus Bucks to use on each event day, when tickets are purchased in advance.

In Miami-Dade County, participating AMC Theatres include AMC Sunset Place 24 and AMC Aventura 24. For a full list of participating theaters, click here.

Regal Cinemas is hosting a Best Picture Film Festival, from Jan. 31 through Feb. 9. For a $35 series pass, experience all of the nominated films for 10 days leading up to Oscar Sunday on Feb. 9. If you do the math, each film costs $5. That's definitely some blockbuster savings.)

Plus, enjoy a $5 medium popcorn and soft drink combo with each feature visit.
