Most people know that libraries have not only evolved into gathering places and communications centers that host myriad activities, so much more than just reading books.
In addition to a large collection of materials, the Highland Beach Library offers cultural events, programs, and activities for all ages.
Here's a list of some of what's going on and upcoming in 2024:
Performances
- 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 18, features Aurora with French horn and piano
- 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 25, hosts Mia's Sizzle Revue with piano and more

Children's Programs
- Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m.: Small Fry Story Time, plus crafts for ages 4 and up
- Saturdays at 10:30 a.m.: Toddler Time Stories and Rhymes for ages 2 to 3
