Deering Estate offers discount for July 4th holiday admission

The historic Deering Estate is offering $8 general admission for the July 4th holiday, for 2025. That's a big savings since admission is normally $18 for adults and $10 for children ages 4-14.

When: Holiday admission, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, July 4. Price: $8

You can also purchase or renew a Deering Estate Foundation Membership, and get 15% off membership when purchased online with promo code: DEJuly4; offer expires July 10, 2025.

The estate, at 16701 SW 72nd Ave., is offering visitors the chance to enjoy the open space, wildlife viewing, bay vistas and self guided-museum access. Advance tickets are suggested.

Other Deering Estate discounts

$2 off for Miami-Dade county employees with ID, Miami-Dade transit pass holders, active-duty military with ID, honorably discharged veterans and seniors 65 and older. These discounts don’t apply during special events.
Admission is always free for members, veterans with service-connected disabilities and up to eight family members.
Admission is free from Memorial Day to Labor Day as part of the Blue Star Museums program for active-duty or reserve military and up to five family members.
Plus, there are no admission fees after 4 p.m. on open days, year-round, except during special events.
