Taste of Trinidad & Tobago in Lauderhill with free entry

Dancing, drumming and other performances are featured at an event in Lauderhill that focuses on Trinidad and Tobago Independence Day festivities.

Taste of Trinidad & Tobago in 2024 is 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, August 29, and entry is free.

The event includes:

  • Entertainment by Shelly Sweetshells
  • Food demonstrations.
  • African drums.
  • Steel drums.
  • Tassa Group.

The venue is the Herbert Sadkin Community Center, 1176 NW 42nd Way, Lauderhill. Parking is free.
