Kids Safety Fair for ages 5-10, Boca Raton

Here's a good event to take the kids to, since it's a teacher planning day for Palm Beach County public schools. The City of Boca Raton has organized a free community event offering fun giveaways, hands-on activities, and opportunities to learn important life safety skills.

Kids Safety Fair

• When: Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026, from 9 to 11 a.m.
• Where: North Park Traffic Garden, 5805 NW 2nd Ave., Boca Raton
• Features: Each child will receive a passport and a FREE drawstring backpack to explore event booths and learn important life safety skills at every stop.

FREE Parking at NW 2nd & Clint Moore at Jeffery Street.

NOTE: All children (ages 5 to 10) must be accompanied by an adult. Take your bike or push scooter (no electric vehicles allowed).

What to expect:

• Giveaways for kids
• Info booths with City Departments and Community Organizations
• Helmet fittings and FREE helmet (first 50 participants)
• Explore Boca Raton’s NEW Traffic Garden
• Meet local heroes and build positive community relationships
