Posted by: The Downtown West Palm Beach Art Festival is produced bi-annually by Howard Alan Events and draws thousands of visitors each year. Attendees can stroll along Rosemary Avenue and chat with artists while viewing their works. It's a two-day street fair with lots to see and do and best of all, admission is free.
