Free events at Miami Beach Bandshell

The Miami Beach Bandshell is one of the city's busiest venues where free music and dance performances are regularly presented. The open-air location provides a gorgeous snapshot of Miami Beach and is just steps from the water.

Here's what's coming up that's free:

 
XIX International Ballet Festival
Sunday, July 28 at 5 p.m.
A dance marathon featuring exceptional young ballet and contemporary dancers from various local and national ballet schools performing solos and pieces from famous ballets and new contemporary choreography. RSVP here for free tickets. Click here for free RSVP.
 
Miami Beach Salsa Fest
Saturday, Sept. 28 at 4 p.m.
It's the 10th Anniversary of the event at the Bandshell, a celebration to honor Hispanic Heritage Month. This year's event features Miami's Melina Almodóvar known”La Muñeca de la Salsa” performing. The event will also feature live DJ's free salsa lessons and Latin food for purchase. Click here to RSVP.
 
If you can't make it to a live show, tune in to “Soundwaves at the Bandshell” hosted by Cuci Amador Mondays at 10:30 p.m. on WXEL and Fridays at 11 p.m. on WPBT.
