What started out as one day each year designated to honoring and appreciating Mother Earth, has evolved into more tree giveaways, seed plantings, nature exhibitions and water cleanups that are more than just a one day or one-time event.
Wellington
- What: Earth Day & Arbor Day Celebration
- When: Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Where: Wellington Amphitheater, 12100 Forest Hill Blvd.
- Features: Food trucks & other vendors, free seeds, plant sale and more
Free admission. Activities include planting a tree in honor of Arbor Day; free seed packets and native seedlings; raffles, a plant sale and more. Visit wellingtonfl.gov for more details.

- Great American Cleanup, 10 a.m.
- Wellington Garden Club Plant Sale, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Earth Day Activities, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
