‘Day of the Youth,’ in Wellington, May 1

This event not only fosters youth leadership and community engagement, but also will recognize the high-school students who helped organize this day. It will feature fun, learning, and connection. while showcasing local non-profits, emergency services, and a special youth talent show.
 
When: Friday, May 1, 2026, from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
Where: 12100 Forest Hill Blvd., Wellington
Cost: Free admission
 
This event will be celebrating the Wellington community, with an exciting lineup of young performers ready to take the stage. Everyone and all ages are welcome.
 

Event highlights include the following:

  • Talent Show – open to students ready to perform and showcase their skills
  • Face painting & activities
  • Bounce houses
  • Kona Ice & more

Vendor prices vary.

Event presented by the Village of Wellington;  Youth Council;  and Wellington Parks & Recreation and Community Services.
