What’s happening in and around Wellington

Wellington is a family town with oodles of activities, festivals and outdoor entertainment. Most notable are the weekly Thursday Food Trucks & Music series at the amphitheater, and the seasonal Lakeside Market along the Town Center Promenade, both of which are free to attend.

The Mall at Wellington Green

This is not only a shopping mall, but it is also often a hub for community activities and family events, like the following:

Kids Club:
This is an exclusive FREE kids-only club for kids 10 and under that offers creative classes, book readings, special entertainment, academic activities and much more, especially around annual holidays.

Frequent Mall happenings include:

Weekly Summer in the Studio adult dance classes; wine tastings; fashion shows; an annual Pink Party; Halloween dance party; Mall-o-Ween trick or treating; fitness and back-to-school specials; and of course, spring Bunny photos and winter wonderland festivities, etc.

Parks & Recreation

There are dozens of local and regional parks to have fun in the outdoors, but also in Wellington are well-worn bridal paths and also for biking and hiking, plus environmental preserves and nature trails.

Transportation

Freebee is a FREE, unlimited door-to-door, on-demand shuttle service brought to you by the Village of Wellington.

Wellington is a village in Palm Beach County and 66 mi north of Miami. It is part of the Miami metropolitan area and the fifth largest municipality in Palm Beach County by population, per Wikipedia.
