Lincoln Road on Miami Beach has often been thought of as a public playground to many; a place to hang out, with restaurants, boutiques and myriad cultural activities within walking distance. Best of all, many outdoor events on the pedestrian mall are free and open to the public; vendor prices vary.
And music has long been celebrated as a universal language that brings people together. So, it makes sense that a new Harmonics Installation in the 400 block of Lincoln Road, near Zara, on Miami Beach, allows the public to play outdoor instruments and have fun.
The musical oasis is not only accessible to children and adults of all abilities, but it also offers a variety of interactive features that cater to diverse interests and skill levels, from vibrant xylophones to melodious chimes.
The installation is designed to enrich the pedestrian experience by welcoming locals and visitors to interact with oversized instruments.
The Lincoln Road Pedestrian Mall on South Beach is an historic walking, dining and shopping area, surrounded by an 8-block stretch of galleries, iconic hotels, bars, lounges, spas and specialty shops, plus a cross-section of varied cultural activities.
This new addition of the Harmony Block and Chime Garden on Lincoln Road hopes to help encourage social interaction, while also appealing to the inquisitive and playful side of visitors and residents.
