The Barnacle Historic State Park’s Under Moonlight Concert series runs every second Sunday of the month from September through May and features an impressive line-up of musicians.
Concerts are on the lawn of the historic bayfront site. Gates open at 5:30 pm, allowing time for concertgoers to set down their blankets and lawn chairs and find a comfortable spot to enjoy the show.
Concerts are $10 for adults, $8 for members of The Barnacle Society and $3 for children ages 6 to 9 (under 6 free). Flashlights recommended. No pets.
The 2017 line-up is as follows:
- Dec. 9: Keith Johns. Johns is a Miami-raised folk artist who crafts beautifully layered music that reflects the variety of emotions in our lives: at times joyful and celebratory, at times sorrowful and longing. He delivers richly nuanced stories in his unique voice with lyrics that are soulful and honest.
