Free Halloween & Fall events in Fort Lauderdale

Free Halloween events for kids and families and a spooky drive-thru for adults are offered at parks in Fort Lauderdale.

Snyder Park

LauderBOO

1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, October 19, at Snyder Park, 954-828-4585, 3299 SW Fourth Avenue, Fort Lauderdale 33315. The event includes trick-or-treating, games and bounce houses.  Other features include Native Village animal exhibit and music. Entry and parking are free.

Nightmare in the Park

7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, October 25 at Snyder Park, 954-828-4585, 3299 SW Fourth Avenue, Fort Lauderdale 33315.

Drive-through “haunted park” event with flashing lights and effects. Parental discretion is advised for those under 13.

Riverland Park

Halloween party is 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, October 25,  Riverland Park, 950 SW 27th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale 33312. The event includes games, contests, and trick-or-treating.

Croissant Park

Fall Festival is 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, November 8 at 245 W. Park Drive, Fort Lauderdale 33315. The event includes games, contests, prizes and refreshments.
