Free & Fun First Saturdays at Boca History Museum
The Schmidt Boca Raton History Museum offers Free Fun Saturdays on the first Saturday of every month.
Families get FREE admission to the History Museum on the first Saturday of the month, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; crafts at 2 p.m.
The museum is ocated at 71 N. Federal Highway, Boca Raton.
All-Day Activities 10 a.m. to 4 p.m
Monthly Free Fun Saturdays
General admission at other times is $12 per adult, plus $8 for seniors and kids.

The museum is not only responsible for its role in the preservation of local artifacts, it also hosts various temporary traveling exhibits throughout the year. For visitors with a keen eye, be on the lookout for Johnny Mizner's picture among the exhibits throughout the Museum. (Scroll down to see who "Johnny" really was.)

It is also the home of the Boca Raton Historical Society, whose mission is to collect, preserve, and present information and artifacts relevant to the past and evolving history of Boca Raton and to maintain a visible role in the education and the advocacy of historic preservation in the community.
