The public is invited to help celebrate the gathering of gentle sea cows that call Florida home at the 10th annual party by the Lake Worth Lagoon. Grab the family and spend the day Mia and friends.
Live entertainment, art displays, with activities and lots of fun for kids – plus manatees – are all part of ManateeFest 2026 in West Palm Beach.
This free outdoor event is set for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026 at Manatee Lagoon and focuses on the lovable sea animals and protecting the Florida waterways where they reside.

Experience a day packed with activities for everyone:

- Photo opportunities with our mascot, Mia the Manatee
- KidsFunZone for the little ones

- Shop at one of the many arts and crafts vendors
- Engage with eco-conscious exhibitors

ManateeFest will feature activities for all ages including a KidsFunZone with activities such as a Coastal Cleanup and Recycling Relay Race, environmental exhibitors and various local small businesses.
Visitors can also peruse and support various local small businesses and grab a bite from a variety of food purveyors along the way.
ManateeFest’s Relaxation Stations & Live Music:
Guests can find moments of serenity during the festival fun in these special spots. Visitors can enjoy the tropical ambiance, comfortable Adirondack chair seating, picturesque views of the Lake Worth Lagoon and live music performances.

Attendees are encouraged to look for the large, clear tents designating the three spots: the Main Stage Relaxation Station (closest to the Main Stage), the Lagoon Relaxation Station (southernmost waterfront tent) and the Coastal Relaxation Station (northernmost waterfront tent).

Manatee Lagoon has exhibits, gift shop, viewing area and plenty to see indoors and out.
Family Fun for All Ages:
Manatee enthusiasts can dive into a world of excitement with the following:
- Outdoor games like cornhole
- Beach cleanup activity
- Passport activity
- Face painting
- Giant sea-life puzzles
- Selfie station with Mia

- Enjoy a delicious array of food options along your journey through ManateeFest

Find tranquility and comfort at ManateeFest’s special relaxation spots – located at the large, clear tent – featuring:
- Tropical ambiance and comfortable Adirondack chair seating
- Picturesque views of the Lake Worth Lagoon
