Free vaccinations for children

The Miami-Dade County Health Department is offering free back-to-school immunizations to children between the ages of 2 and 18 on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2023.

• Borinquen Medical Center West Dade/Sweetwater, 10528 SW 8th St, 33174. Open 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Appointment recommended but not required. 305-576-6611.
• Borinquen Medical Center (Main), 3601 Federal Highway, 33137. Open 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Appointment recommended but not required. 305-576-6611.
• Borinquen Medical Center North Miami, 708 NE 125th St., 33161. Open 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Appointment recommended but not required. 305-576-6611.
• Care Resource Community Health Center Midtown, 3510 Biscayne Blvd., 33137. Open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Appointment required.305-576-1234.
• Citrus Health Network Inc: Maternal & Child Health Center, 2nd floor, 551 W. 51st Place, Hialeah 33012. Open 8 a.m. to noon. Appointment required. 305 817-6560.
• Empower U Community Health Center, 7900 NW 27th Ave., Suite E-12. Open 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. 786-318-2337.
• Health Department: Health District Center Immunization Clinic, 1350 NW 14th St., 33125. Open 7:30 am. to 1 p.m. Appointment required. 786 845-0550.
• Health Department: West Perrine Immunization Clinic, 18255 Homestead Ave., 33157. 7:30 am. to 1 p.m. Appointment required. 786- 845-0550.
• Miami Beach Community Health Center North, 11645 Biscayne Blvd, 33181. Open 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Appointments and walk-ins. 305-538-8835.
• Miami Beach Community Health Center: Beverly Press Center, 1221 71st St., 33141. Open 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Appointments and walk-ins. 305-538-8835.

Take your Child's Immunization Records. Child's parent or guardian must be present. Pay attention to clinic hours and arrive early.
