Year of the Snake: Lunar New Year at The Norton, WPB

Welcome the Year of the Snake!

• What: Lunar New Year celebration
• When: Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Where: Norton Museum of Art, 1450 S. Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach

Kick off the day with a traditional puppet show with Chinese Theater Works; story time with Monica Ladd, plus dragon and lion dances and other activities.

Lunar New Year at The Norton

Schedule:

• Puppet Show: 11-11:30 a.m.; 2-2:30 p.m.; 2:30-3 p.m. & 4-4:30 p.m.
• Story Time: 11:30 a.m.-noon & 1-1:30 p.m.
• Dragon & Lion Dance: Noon-12:30 p.m. & 3-3:30 p.m.

Other activities include Chinese crafts of making paper snakes, lanterns and learning calligraphy. For more details, visit norton.org/events.
