Independence Day picnic in Oakland Park offers snacks, old-fashioned activities & entertainment

Lawn games,  an apple pie eating event and free snacks are featured at the All-American Picnic in Oakland Park. 

The Americana event in 2026 is 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday July 3 and entry is free. 

The event includes 

• free munchies and food treats including popcorn 
• Photo booth
• Sensory Village
• face painting
• games like horseshoes and prizes 
• cash bar
• entertainment by Costa Music Events

The venue is Centennial Park, 3900 NE 3rd Avenue, Oakland Park 33334.
