Free garden flag and firebush plant giveaway for Doral residents

The City of Doral is gearing up for the Fourth of July and America's 250th Birthday Celebration with a giveaway for residents on Monday, June 29 from 5-9 p.m. at the Doral Central Park Rotunda.

Doral residents can come by and receive a complimentary firebush plant and garden flag to display at home. This initiative is part of "Flower Force: America 250," a public art initiative by local environmental artist Xavier Cortada.

During these hours they'll also be distributing complimentary American flags.
