Light show, street performers & outdoor bar at Art Walk in Oakland Park

For a delightful excursion that's friendly to your wallet, Oakland Park is hosting the Oakland Park Art Walk.

The event is usually 6 to 9 p.m. the third Saturday of the month, with free activities and entertainment. The event include:

• artists and artisan vendors
• street performers
• artists working on projects
• LED light show
• face painting, glitter tattoos and other activities

The Art Walk events in 2026 include:

• Saturday, May 16 

South Florida artists are featured at booths on Main Street, around 3496 NE 12th Avenue, Oakland Park.  Local restaurants offer food for purchase. Parking is free. 

Free parking is offered on Northeast 12th Avenue, north of 36th Street and south of 34th Court.
