St. Patrick's Day on is an occasion for parades and festivals, including in Fort Lauderdale. Pull out your favorite emerald apparel and delight in the festive vibe.
St. Patrick's Day Parade & Festival in Fort Lauderdale in 2025 is 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, March 8, and entry is free.
Parade
The parade is at noon from about Andrews Avenue to Southeast Ninth Avenue on Las Olas Boulevard. It includes floats, pipes & drums, Irish dancers, street performers and vintage vehicles. Marching bands are part of the lineup.
Veganza Animal Heroes are participating in the parade with a banner that reads “Go Green. Go Vegan.” The trio of South Florida superheroes are handing out printed recipes for a vegan Shepherd's Pie.

Festival
The event includes entertainment and food and drinks for purchase. Interactive games are part of the festivities. For youngsters, a kids zone is offered.
The festival is 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. at Tunnel Top Plaza on Las Olas Boulevard and Southeast Sixth Avenue, Fort Lauderdale 33316. Parking is usually $3 to $4 an hour.
