St. Patrick’s events in Broward

Festivities for St. Patrick's Day in Broward include bagpipes, parades and Irish dancing. Plenty of the events are free, including parades and festivals. There are also St. Patrick's Day parties and events in Miami-Dade and St. Patrick's Day parades and events in Palm Beach County.

St. Patrick's Day events in 2025 in Broward

Fort Lauderdale

St. Patrick's Day Parade & Festival in Fort Lauderdale is 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.  Saturday, March 8 and entry is free. The parade with floats, pipes & drums, and vintage vehicles, is at 12 p.m. on Las Olas Boulevard from about Andrews Avenue to Southeast Ninth Avenue. The festival is at Tunnel Top Plaza on Las Olas Boulevard and Southeast Sixth Avenue, Fort Lauderdale 33316. The festival includes a kids zone, food and drinks for purchase and entertainment.

Hollywood

Eat, drink and be entertained. St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival in Hollywood is Sunday, March 9, with a parade at 1 p.m., live entertainment at 19th Avenue & Hollywood Boulevard, and activities for kids. Live bands are U2 by UV and Uproot Hootenanny.

Coral Springs

Blarney Bash with Irish food, beverages and entertainment is 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Friday March 14 and entry is free.

The event includes

  • food trucks and adult beverages for purchase for ages 21 and older
  • The Byrne Br0thers
  • Drake Irish Dance
  • Pipe and Drum Performance

The venue is Coral Springs City Hall lawn, with free parking at the garage. 

The address is 9500 W. Sample Road.

Bring lawn seating and reusable water bottles. A water station is offered at the event.

Plantation

St. Patrick's Day at Plantation Walk features live bands and other entertainment 3 p.m. – 10 p.m. March 17 at the shopping and dining plaza, 321 North University Drive, Plantation. Entry is free.

Restaurants & Bars

Lots of restaurants and bars are offering a festive Irish vibe with fare, drinks and entertainment.

The Wharf  Fort Lauderdale outdoor event venue on The New River is featuring St. Patrick's event after 12 p.m. Saturday March 15 includes entertainment, games and food for purchase. RSVP online for the opportunity to nab a free shot glass. The venue is offering a deal with a shot of Irish whiskey, receive  a  free beer . The Wharf Fort Lauderdale, 954- 372-7606, is at 20 W. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale.

Galuppi's in Pompano is is featuring events  Sunday, March 16, and Monday, March 17, with Irish food, drinks and entertainment that includes Tribute to U2,  Irish step dancers, bagpipers. Galuppi’s is at 1103 N. Federal Highway in Pompano Beach 33062.
