St. Patrick’s Day is an occasion for parades, festivals and other fun events in South Florida.
Events in 2023 in Broward, greater Palm Beach and Miami-Dade are varied dates in March, and lots of festivities are free.
John Martin’s is back with their St. Patrick’s Day Street Festival, starting at 4 p.m. with live bands, other entertainment, traditional Irish food and drinks for sale and games. Free entry. Click here for more information.
St. Patrick’s Day Riverside Festival at The Wharf Miami, 114 SW N. River Dr. along the Miami River March 17 from 4 p.m. to 3 a.m. Enjoy some Irish fun with live entertainment, music, drink specials including purchase of a shot of Irish whiskey gets you a free Harp Lager. Wear green and come enjoy the fun!

St. Patrick’s Day Brickell Block Party at Tobacco Road by Kush, 650 S. Miami Ave., March 17 from 4 p.m. to 3 a.m. RSVP for free entry before 7 p.m. and get one free beer (limited to the first 500 people), general admission is $10 and includes one free beer and Irish party favors. SWARM brings back its popular St. Pat’s Wynwood festival to Wynwood Marketplace, 2250 NW 2 Ave., on Thursday, March 17 from 4 p.m. to 3 a.m. Festival goers will enjoy live music, DJ sets, green beer, Tullamore DEW specials and more. St. Pat’s Wynwood will feature Instagrammable moments with green-themed everything and photo opportunities throughout. To top it off, there will be a Leprechaun dunking contest and a giant pot of gold ball pit. Attendees will have the chance to jump into the pot to win two free green beer tickets. Guests who dress up in green will win a free drink ticket.

The parade with floats, fire engines & Pipes & Drums, is 12 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue, west from The Intracoastal Waterway to Northwest Fifth Avenue.
The festival is 1 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Old School Square, 51 N. Swinton Avenue, Delray, and includes live entertainment, vendors, and Pipes & Drums. Entry is free. Information is online.
A bit of a St. Patrick’s Vibe at Tunes & Trucks free event 6 p.m. in Sunrise. Entry and parking are free, Amphitheater, 10610 W. Oakland Park Boulevard, Sunrise. The event features live music and food vendors.
Parade & Festival in 2023 is 10:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. March 11 at Las Olas Intracoastal Promenade Park. The event includes exhibitors, dancing and other entertainment, and Irish food for purchase. For youngsters, a kids area is offered.

Fun featuring a parade & festival is 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. March 12 in downtown Hollywood. The parade at 1 p.m. includes floats, New York Police Department Emerald Society Pipe and Drum Corps, and others. The parade is at 1 p.m. with a route on Hollywood Boulevard and Harrison Street.
