Shakespeare’s macabre tale recounts the tragic story of General Macbeth, who is told by three witches that he will be King of Scotland. Encouraged by his wife. However, once on the throne, the couple finds that “blood will have blood” and they, and the country, will never be the same.

Shakespeare's plays are not simply great stories, they are also full of action, adventure, romance, humor, and tragedy. Plus, they provide a glimpse into the human condition, and explore themes that are still relevant today.

NOTE: Concessions will be available on site; don't forget to take your blanket or chair for seating.
