Free Sistrunk Festival includes a parade, entertainment & kids zone

Floats, twirlers, and dancers are among entertainment featured in the Sistrunk Parade and Festival in Fort Lauderdale.

Sistrunk Parade and Festival in 2024 is 8:30 a.m. Saturday, February 24, for the parade and 10 a.m. for the festival. Entry to the festivities is free.

The event is in association with Black History Month.

Street festival is on Sistrunk Boulevard, Northwest Ninth Avenue – Northwest 13th Avenue, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
