National Dance Day: Free with registration, Kravis Center, Sept. 19

For National Dance Day, the Kravis Center will feature an eclectic lineup of workshops for a variety of experience levels and ages, including hip-hop, Latin ballroom, “Dirty Dancing” style, line dancing, jazz funk, African, ballet and more.

Shanna Woods is a choreographer, teaching artist, movement wellness facilitator, and educator.

This is a FREE event! Kravis Center Parking in the garage is also free for this event. Registration required.

11:30 a.m. – Noon: Group Activity: Welcome & Group Warm Up
11:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.: Kids Zone
12:15 – 1 p.m.: Workshop: Hip-Hop
12:15 – 1 p.m.: Class: Theatre Dance
1:15 – 2 p.m.: Workshop: Ballroom Dance
1:15 – 3 p.m.: Class: Open Level Ballet
1:15 – 2 p.m.: Class: African Dance
2:15 – 3 p.m.: Workshop: Country Fusion Line Dance
2:15 – 3 p.m.: Class: Jazz Funk
2:15 – 3 p.m.: Class: Contemporary Dance
3:15 – 4 p.m.: National Dance Day Official Routine
