Handicrafts fair in Pembroke Pines features art, decor, quilts, upcycled goods, food, jewelry & plenty of other items

Handmade items fashioned by local artisans are on display and for sale at a popular event in Pembroke Pines.

Southern Handcraft Society Show is September 17, 18, 19 and entry is free.

Browse jewelry, quilted and embroidered pieces, and home decor. Holiday items are plentiful. Homemade jams, sweet treats and other edibles are offered. A selection of upcycled pieces includes items made with recycled utensils, wooden spoons, typewriter keys, mahjong tiles, and bingo markers.

The venue is Southwest Focal Point Center, 301 NW 103 Ave., Pembroke Pines 33026. Entry is free. Parking is free.
