Fun things to do in July in Miami-Dade

We celebrate America's independence in July but there are lots of other fun things to do around Miami. Here's what we recommend during these dog days of Summer.

Waterpark fun to keep your cool

Miami-Dade's plentiful waterparks are open and ready for splashtacular fun. Cool off and enjoy wave pools, waterslides, splash zones, lazy rivers and tot lots. Click here to find the one closest to you.

Fourth of July Celebrations

Speaking of Independence Day, there are loads of places to watch fireworks and enjoy other festivities around Miami-Dade. Miami Beach has three different events happening and you can also watch the sky light up in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Miami Shores, Miami Springs and Homestead. Miami Spa Months

Pamper yourself at one of dozens of participating spas during the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau's Miami Spa Month. Treatments and services start as low as $109, that is almost 50% off. Some spas even extend use of the pool and gym to clients who book at their spa. Click here for the full list.

Taste the Gables

Coral Gables boasts some of Miami-Dade's best restaurants and throughout July, Taste the Gables or Coral Gables Restaurant Month, features three-course lunch and dinner menus for $30 and $45, respectively. Click here to view the list of participating restaurants.
