First Friday @ 5 in June features storytellers, books & music, Boynton

The City of Boynton Beach continues to offer a free concert series on the First Friday at 5 p.m., monthly in 2025.

Friday, June 6, features the Library Summer Reading Kickoff, from 4 to 9 p.m.

Event Timeline:

4-4:20 p.m.: DJ kicks off the event
4-4:30 p.m.: Welcome by the Children’s Library.
4:30-5:30 p.m.: Enjoy a performance by storyteller Orisirisi.
5:30-6- p.m.: DJ returns
6-7:20 p.m.: The Valerie Tyson Band
7:20-7:40 p.m.: Break – grab some food and visit our vendors
7:40-9 p.m.: The Valerie Tyson Band

Note: Due to the amphitheater construction, the June event will take place on Ocean Avenue, in front of the Arts & Cultural Center.

First Friday @ 5

When: First Friday of each month (except July), from 5 to 9 p.m.
Where: 125 E. Ocean Ave., in front of the Boynton Beach Arts & Cultural Center

Food trucks and beverage vendors will be available, and there will be activities for kids, plus an artisan market.

Take your friends, family, and neighbors for an unforgettable night under the stars. Enjoy great music, tasty eats, and explore a variety of handcrafted goods from local artisans.

Everyone is invited to take advantage of these events and enjoy a night of music, food trucks, vendor markets and more. Attendees are encouraged to take their own chairs and blankets.

Free parking is available on the corner of Boynton Beach Blvd. and Seacrest Blvd. (entrance is located off Boynton Beach Blvd.)
Accessible parking will be available.
Ride share encouraged. Drop-off/pickup location in roundabout at City Hall (100 E. Ocean Ave.)
